nana’s birthday

After being gone for the better part of July, I was in serious need of some home cooked food… was also looking to be able to try some new recipes as well. It also just so happened to be my Nana’s birthday!

The menu lineup:

Chopped Salad

Summer Squash and Rice Gratin with Salsa Verde

Rosemary & Red Wine Vinegar Pork Chops

and last but not least…

Triple Berry Cake

Everything tasted so fresh and it was a perfect summer meal. Takes a little bit of time but definetly worth it! I’ll admit to licking the bowl with leftover fresh whipped cream…
